For the purpose of obtaining merchandise from Authentic Gem Imports, Inc. (AGI) on credit, you agree to submit all requested information and authorize AGI to contact any and all credit and trade references provided.

It is understood and agreed that payments received beyond terms stated on our invoices will be subject to late charges. As a further inducement to extend credit, you agree that in the event a lawsuit is brought on any obligation hereafter owed by you to AGI that you will pay (1) actual attorney’s fees or reasonable collection agency’s fees with interest and the costs of the court incurred by AGI in collecting the said obligation, and (2) collection agency costs or collection costs even if a suit is not instituted. Net according to terms there after 1.5% monthly and 18% annually.

Products returned to AGI must be in a sealed parcel box with “signature upon delivery” required for the package. The package and address must not have any obvious language pertaining to “gems, jewelry or diamonds” to protect the anonymity of the parcel (to prevent theft). Products should be returned in the condition that they are originally sent in with all certification and packaging to the following address:

The merchandise described and valued herein is delivered to you on memorandum for examination and inspection only and is the property of Authentic Gem Imports, Inc. (AGI) to be returned on demand. In accepting this merchandise, you agree that until payment for the merchandise is made or until the goods are returned and actually received by AGI, the title to said merchandise shall remain with AGI and that you are liable for risk from all hazards, whether by fire, theft, or otherwise. No right or power is given to you to transfer said merchandise to any other person, firm, or corporation, whether on memorandum or otherwise, without the express permission of AGI. Sale of this merchandise can only be effected and title will pass only if, as, and when AGI, the said owner, shall agree to such sale and a bill of sale is rendered therefore. All the above is binding on you, regardless of prior transactions.

We accept most major forms of credit card for payment on Memo and Free Preview goods. Please note that Free Preview items may be subject to additional credit card fees, as we are unable to refund fees that occur from major payment processors such as American Express.

AGI hereby guarantees that any diamonds or diamond products have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of said diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined prior to January 1, 2003, AGI warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold and that, to the best of their ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
